THE LION BURGER GOURMET.

You definitely have to add this destination to your list. It was recommended to us and we saw it in a video of us having dinner with Pablo. We decided to try it, and it was a total success, plus the waiters were super friendly. I have to highlight the brioche bread and the quality of the meat.

This establishment is a real find. Excellent service, fast and very friendly, and the only drawback is the burgers. You'll have to come back several times to try the entire menu, as they're all delicious. Highly recommended.

We were a large group, naturally with a reservation, with vegetarians and non-vegetarians, and everything was made easy. The burgers were some of the best I've ever had, the croquettes and nachos were delicious, and the service was magnificent and very attentive. We really liked it and will definitely return.

The burgers are very good; you can tell the quality of the product (especially the meat). In my case, I didn't notice much difference between the aged beef and the aged cow, but both were excellent. As a burger, I liked the Emmy better (it was tastier overall), although the combination of the aged beef and the cured meat (in the Wagyu) is very well done.

One of the best quality burger places. Especially good food combinations, good presentation, and great atmosphere. Local with modern decoration, difficult to find in Guadalajara. To recommend and repeat. The only thing that could be criticized is the coffee after eating, so if you like coffee, it's better to go somewhere else.

Great burger joint, best of all is their service. They're different, not like most burger joints. They pay more attention and attention to detail when serving you, and it shows. Now for the food. Their burgers are incredible; the flavor is a must-try! I'd just tell them one thing: to make everything better: how about a 240g and 360g burger, and the Smash? It would make the menu more complete ;)

Two of us went for the first time without a reservation. I must say we arrived early and got a table, as almost everyone else had reservations after us. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the waiters were wonderful, friendly and very attentive. They explained the menu and the types of starters and burgers they have. The service was quick. We'll definitely come back and try the rest of the burgers on the menu. By the way, the Emmy burger is spectacular.

Great atmosphere, super friendly staff, beautiful decor, incredible burgers, and the Happy Hippo cheesecake is breathtaking. We'll definitely be back.

We came for a quick dinner. One of my students recommended it to me, and we had a really good dinner. The waiters were very attentive, the burgers were tasty, and the service was quite fast even though the place was almost full. It was a pleasure to come here.

According to all three criteria: The atmosphere was fine, with a visually appealing location. The service was excellent, with very attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. And the food... Terrific, focused on one aspect: the product. At this burger bar, the meat is top-notch. When I saw the display case where it was kept, my first thought was that it couldn't be true that that cut was used for hamburger meat. It was Galician "vaca vella" beef, aged and making you think, no, I should order a steak. Well, they do use it for burgers. The preparation was also superb, and the respect for the product was enough to make me enjoy it very, very much. The menu isn't huge; it's basically very well-made burgers. They get the point you request right: rare is rare and is red and juicy; well done is well done and isn't burnt. The menu only features a few starters, not many, but they don't need them. The desserts are simple and delicious. There aren't many to choose from, but they were delicious. It's a burger; you don't have to go looking for something special. You have to go for the burgers, and you'll enjoy it. One drawback is that I live three hours away by car, and I won't be able to get there as often as I'd like and deserve.

An excellent place that lives up to its name. Absolutely gourmet. From the moment you arrive, they make you feel like you're somewhere special. They tell you what their product consists of and make recommendations. Their homemade nachos as a starter are wonderful. The ham and bacon croquettes were very creamy. For burgers, you can try any of them because they work with good meat. I recommend the Lion Wagyu and the Tasty. Save room for dessert to try one of their cheesecakes. Highly recommended.

Spectacular gourmet burger place in Guadalajara. Very comfortable, well-decorated, and well-equipped. Very attentive service, and they know what they're doing. A good selection of varied, quality burgers. A place that delivers what it promises. Definitely a place to visit again.
